INTRODUCTORY CONSULTATION

Getting to Know Each Other

This initial consultation will be structured to determine the needs of the client or agency and determine how CTC services would best fit the problem/need.

Expert Guidance

Strategic planning sessions create an organized plan for carrying out specific coaching services tailored to your agency.  Strategic planning sessions can be customized based on the size and needs of you agency.

LIVE COACHING PACKAGE

Incorporate Live Coaching

Live coaching provides a unique process by which an expert supervisor/coach sits in or listens nearby to staff using an evidence-based practice.  This process is preceded by a pre-coaching session in which the supervisor/coach and staff review the plan for the interaction and a post-coaching session in which the supervisor/coach provides immediate feedback to the staff based on a fidelity form.

GROUP OBSERVATION WITH FEEDBACK

Monitor and Achieve Fidelity

Group observations provide a continuous quality improvement (CQI) measure to treatment group offerings. They provide individualized feedback to staff to increase group facilitation skills. Summarized feedback and as associated action plan can be provided to leadership across staff and/or group offerings to identify strengths, needs improvement areas, and recommendations for improvement. Group observations can be completed on any group offering for adult or juvenile individuals.

INDIVIDUAL STAFF COACHING SESSION

Customized Coaching

One-on-one coaching sessions increase staff proficiency with evidence-based practices and identify staff strength and needs improvement areas.

INDIVIDUAL SUPERVISOR COACHING SESSION

Customized Supervisor Coaching

One-on-one coaching sessions increase supervisor proficiency with evidence-based practices and identify strength and needs improvement areas.  Coaching sessions can also focus on supervisor (or an identified coach) coaching skills.  Structured coaching steps and feedback forms will be used to assist supervisors in increasing ability to recognize opportunities for evidence-based practices and how to provide targeted feedback to staff to improve proficiency.

GROUP STAFF COACHING SESSION

Customized Group Coaching

Group coaching sessions can be used to target areas of interest or need across agency staff or units and includes a proven format for learning how to translate research into practical skills.

In-person and virtual options available.

GROUP SUPERVISOR COACHING SESSION

Customized Group Coaching

Group coaching sessions tailored to supervisor starget areas of interest or need across agency supervisors (or coaches).  These sessions can be used to increase overall supervisor knowledge and skill of evidence-based practices or overall supervisor knowledge and skill of best coaching practices to use with staff.
